Empezamos por el de cuerpo completo: El masaje Ayurveda Abhyanga es una de las técnicas de masaje hindú más importantes para lograr el equilibrio de los doshas.
Este masaje tiene un alto poder benéfico sobre nuestro cuerpo y nuestro espíritu. Es un masaje especialmente diseñado, siguiendo una combinación de manipulaciones, con la unión de aceites esenciales, hierbas orgánicas y aceites vegetales.

La principal función que cubre este masaje es lograr el equilibrio energético entre las energías Vata (aire), Pitta (fuego) y Khapa (tierra), ya que como es parte de la filosofía Ayurveda, cuanto mayor es el balance de estas energías, mayor es también la salud de la persona.
Para el Ayurveda, el masaje es un complemento indispensable para la salud, además de producir relajación y bienestar, el masaje tiene una función terapéutica, que permite regular desequilibrios físicos, mentales y emocionales.
